September is a month of reflection, celebration and connection. Across South Africa, we celebrate Heritage Month, a time to recognise the traditions, cultures, stories and experiences that have shaped who we are.

But heritage is so much more than the country we come from.

Heritage lives in our families.
It lives in businesses we build, properties we inherit, traditions we preserve and, perhaps most importantly, in the memories we create along the way.

Heritage is what came before us, but it is also what we choose to carry forward.

And this September, Nouriti is celebrating its own heritage.

Every brand has a beginning. Nouriti's story began with a simple but powerful idea: food can nourish you while still being something you genuinely look forward to eating.

The fuel for our creations, was to help minimize the hard work by creating balanced, nourishing and convenient nutrition.

And you, our customers, became the Starring Characters within our story by telling us which meals you loved but also, which meals you hated :) You discovered favourites, shared your feedback and, in many ways, helped shape the Nouriti experience to the rich heritage that it is today.

It helped us, help you to stay aligned with your personal goals and most certainly gave you something to look forward to meal times.

We understand more than most how personal food can be. An aroma can remind us of the people we love… An unexplored flavour that can challenge us… Ingredients that we may never think to combine together. The strong sense of discovery is something we don’t want dissipated.  We wanna embrace curiosity, thrive on familiar flavors and turn out old flavors with new twists.

So this September, you will see our meal plans menus filled with old favorites. You will notice familiar flavors presented in completely different ways. And without doubt you will see us explore different flavors across the continent to deepen our Nouriti heritage.

Every meal ordered becomes part of our story.

Every suggestion helps us evolve.

And every customer who has been with us along the way has contributed to the Nouriti heritage.
